We've placed this as the initial step in our process to see if we are the right team for you and your project. This gives you an opportunity to review our standards and methods for personalized service and communication, and determine if they meet your expectations. After we discuss your vision and needs, and answer any questions you may have, we will provide you a preliminary cost range for your project.
Our in-house design team will be happy to be a part of the design phase of your project. We will provide realistic feedback on pricing early on in the process. In addition to this preliminary pricing, our capability to design through 3D models, allow us to create renderings and layouts that help provide you real world guidance on construction methods, materials, and efficiency. This will all in turn help you make informed decisions from concept to keys. .
If the preliminary cost range and our process meet your expectations, we will move forward with a Pre-Construction Agreement. This agreement will include a comprehensive breakdown of our proposal. We will work to provide you with value added specifications and selections such as materials and finishes. We will also provide you with design guidance and details that may not be in the current plan but may be of consideration to you.
We will assign our full-time project manager on each project. Your project manager will be the concierge and will work with you closely on day-to-day activities throughout the planning and construction phases.
We also employ and assign a team of highly skilled carpenters and trusted subcontractors on each project. These are some of the very best local men and women in the trades.
